Description

These Breakfast Crescent Rolls are warm, flaky, and filled with everything you love about breakfast! Perfect for busy mornings or a cozy weekend brunch, they’re easily customizable and deliciously comforting.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 rolls)
  • 3 large eggs, lightly scrambled
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (or cheese of choice)
  • 4 strips of cooked bacon, crumbled
  • ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lightly scramble eggs, seasoning with salt, pepper, and garlic powder if desired. Cook bacon and crumble.
  3. Separate crescent roll dough into triangles. Spoon scrambled eggs, shredded cheese, and crumbled bacon onto the wide end of each triangle.
  4. Roll up each triangle from the wide end, enclosing the filling. Place on prepared baking sheet.
For a golden shine, brush tops with a bit of beaten egg.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until rolls are golden brown. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Add veggies like bell peppers, mushrooms, or spinach for extra flavor.
  • Swap in sausage, ham, or turkey sausage as filling alternatives.
  • Try different cheeses like pepper jack or mozzarella for a unique twist!
