These Breakfast Crescent Rolls are warm, flaky, and filled with everything you love about breakfast! Perfect for busy mornings or a cozy weekend brunch, they’re easily customizable and deliciously comforting.

- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 rolls)
- 3 large eggs, lightly scrambled
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (or cheese of choice)
- 4 strips of cooked bacon, crumbled
- ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lightly scramble eggs, seasoning with salt, pepper, and garlic powder if desired. Cook bacon and crumble.
- Separate crescent roll dough into triangles. Spoon scrambled eggs, shredded cheese, and crumbled bacon onto the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll up each triangle from the wide end, enclosing the filling. Place on prepared baking sheet.
For a golden shine, brush tops with a bit of beaten egg. - Bake for 10-12 minutes or until rolls are golden brown. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
